UPDATE (6/29/14): Now Holly loves the pool and it's almost impossible for me to take them both because she is constantly trying to walk past where she can touch.
Our new neighborhood has an awesome pool and we have had a lot of fun swimming already. Holly had a great time the first day, but has since been more interested in eating in her stroller than swimming. The kid's pool isn't heated like the big pool and she is not fond of the cold water. Last time we got there she turned around and walked back to the entrance, trying to get out. Hopefully as it gets warmer, she will like it more. Charlie likes to jump in, swim back to the stairs, and jump in again (with his floaties on). He does it over, and over, and over again. Here are some pictures and video of us enjoying the pool.

This is what happens when you accidentally put a pull-up on your kid instead of a swim diaper. It absorbs as much water as possible.
