It seems like Charlie has reached an age where he gets hurt a lot. He recently got his first knot on his forehead and his first black eye. The knot on his head happened when he was running around his playroom. He ran into the side of his toy shelf head-first. Once he calmed down, I showed him a picture of his head, thinking he would be impressed. Unfortunately he was really freaked out by it and he cried. :( Oops.
His first black eye came a few days ago when he fell off the bathroom stool. The back of the stool has a few rounded knobs and he fell right on them. This is what he looked like right after he fell. You can still see the rug burn on his back, too...and Daddy sleeping in the background. :)
