The next morning, we set up to celebrate Holly's birthday with the family. Maddie helped us decorate and made sure Holly looked adorable in her pink birthday dress and bow.
Poor Holly wanted so badly to play outside with Charlie and Daddy.
Charlie likes to come to the door and tell Holly, "No Holly, sorry. You have to stay inside."

But finally the decorations were up and it was time to celebrate.
Holly got down to business enjoying her bar-b-que and macaroni and cheese.
And then it was time for cake!
Needless to say, she enjoyed the cake and did a wonderful job making a mess.
After a quick outfit change, we moved on to opening presents. It was a great celebration for our sweet birthday girl!
