One of Charlie's favorite things is his Playball class. It's a 40 minute class, held after school once a week. The teach the basics of several different sports, or as their website says:
"At face value Playball© programs seem to have only two main objectives - improving basic movement skills and refining sport skills and techniques. However the success of this seemingly “sport program” is in actual fact that through competent sports participation, achieved through sound coaching principles, children secure a solid base from which to develop many other and more important aspects of their lives."
It's very cute. Charlie talks about Coach Michael and Coach Kelly all the time. And Kyle has actually noticed him doing a few things, like "dribbling" a soccer ball, that he told us he learned in playball.
On the last day of class before the break, the parents were invited to watch the class and then watch the kids get their medal. (Not sure what the medal is for? Participation?) Anyway, it was really fun to see Charlie and the other kids running around. He is definitely one of the smallest. Apparently there are only two kids from the two year old class that go to Playball and the other one is huge.
It might be hard to see Charlie in these videos. He is wearing a green sweater and khaki pants.

Way to go, buddy!
