Easter Fun

The day after we returned from Austin was Easter. Charlie had a great time exploring his Easter basket. By the time I remembered to take a picture it looked like this.

After playing with his new loot, we headed off to church and then to Nana and Poppy's for lunch, play, and watching the Master's. Charlie was having a blast with his drum set. 

But he did take a break to watch some golf...

After Nana and Poppy's, we went home for a nap and then over to Lili and Jim's for a cookout and Easter egg hunt. Charlie knew exactly what to do, although at first he was just pointing to the eggs, wanting us to pick them up. 

But finally, he picked up his basket and gathered the eggs. It was a great first day back with our little man. We missed him so much!
