Charlie has been doing a much better job lately of making friends when we go places. He still asks me to play but if there are other little kids there, he will play with them, especially when they come up to him. I know school has made all the difference. Here are a few examples of Charlie making friends this week.
At Everland Play, Charlie and this little boy were trying to jump into the ball pit at the same time. They would say "ready, set, go!" together.
At Wes' baseball game, Charlie made friends with an "older" kid. They played magnets and then they played catch together.
At the mall playground, Charlie made friends with this little girl and they ran around together for a while. Can you see him smiling at her in this picture? So cute!
At the playground, Charlie played trucks with this little boy. I finally learned that you are supposed to bring a few toys to the playground.
