Thanksgiving

This year we did something very exciting for Thanksgiving...we held it at OUR house! We had 18 people here from both sides of our family. Luckily though, everyone brought food and Nana and Lili made turkeys. I cooked a few things, but mostly I just had to get the house ready and open the doors. Here are some pictures from our first fabulous Thanksgiving at home!


The day before thanksgiving, we made this tree using sticks from the backyard. We made "leaves" out of paper and asked everyone to ask what they are thankful for. Charlie really liked reading them all.

Making brownies the night before. This was the first time we let Holly help. She is getting so big!

Then Daddy joined in to help lick the spoons.

As usual, I didn't do a very good job remembering to take pictures while everyone was here.

When the meal was over, the kids went to play outside with Daddy and their cousins while we cleaned up.

Relaxing that night. It was a great day!
