Holly's One Month Check-Up

I recently took Holly for her one month check-up. She measured 9 lb, 3 oz (37%) and 21" (31%).

I fed her while we were waiting, which worked out well because by the time the doctor came in, Holly was spitting up everywhere as per usual. I was glad the doctor was able to see exactly what she does and still confirm that it is actually normal. She said it's reflux but as long as Holly isn't too upset by it, there's no reason to do anything. She recommended that I continue to avoid dairy but I don't need to start reading ingredient labels or anything, just obvious dairy like milk, yogurt, cheese, and ice cream. And she said the baby acne, while bad, isn't abnormal and isn't due to an allergy. Before we left, Holly spit up ALL OVER the doctor!
